  1. When I first read about a Maybach for a 16 year old birthday party. I thought OMG that's Crazy BUT when I thought deeper, it really wasn't that crazy to me.

My parents if they could would have bought me a Maybach too. Diddy is a very rich man a networth easily 500+ million. That's not a lot of money to him. That's his son and why the hell not? If I ever get it like Diddy, my children will be driving Rolls, Maybachs and Lambos too.

Think about it people go into massive debt for their children trying to go all out on Christmas.

I rather see something like this, where the father is showering his kids with gifts, than the other side, where the dad has dough, but is stingy and doesn't look out.

I do believe that even if you’re rich there should be moderation. My concern is the safety of the child. We give our children many things but we draw the line if it will cause them harm. I was once robbed at gun point over a coat I received for Christmas. Moderation,Moderation,Moderation!

I am so paranoid by nature – having been robbed before like Nicole – that I probably would not buy my son anything that expensive. He'd get a nice car, but he wouldn't get anything that I would think someone would try to forcibly take from him. Also, I think that even if you can afford something … that for our kids, they shouldn't get everything – even if we can afford to give it to them. There are a lot of things that I know can get my son, but I don't give him everything. I'm sure Sean Combs is a good Dad .. but I think he should think back to his own middle class roots and remember how it felt to EARN what he wanted, as opposed to everything being handed to him.
