I did happen to watch most of that show last night. Looks like Shar has had to deal with some depression over the Kev/Britney situation. I think most any man would've been tempted by Brit. But Shar's a beautiful girl and didn't deserve to be treated the way Kev did her. I get the impression from the little bit we saw of her that she's not been able to move on, but hopefully this show will help move her in a positive direction and she can feel good about herself.

I too think Shar suffered depression. I don't think her pain is f/holding onto Kevin or a lack of motivation to move on. Her pain derives f/the man she loved not just leaving her but cheating on her in front of the world, leaving her to deal w/the aftermath of confusion, emotion & questions f/her very young children & the world; and going from that girl on Moesha to K-Fed's ex. She's been a working actor since 3 yrs old, to have all of that dismissed has to be extremely difficult. Also, she did say when she dates/meets ppl all they are interested in is Kevin or Britney. Lastly, it was apparent that Kevin is not doing his part as a father, which can cause extreme resentment & intense feelings of pain on behalf of her children as well as for herself. It's difficult to move forward when you have children together & that person is not being a parent, it leads you to resent them even more b/c not only did they hurt you but now they are hurting your child/children.I feel for Shar. Unfortunately in today's pop culture we don't allow our "celebrities" to grieve, deal, or whatever the way they want to ( Tabloids still write articles about poor Jennifer Aniston w/o Brad…smh)

I hope this show allows her to get it together. Not just physically. But mentally. I just don't know if having Kevin on the show helps her move on. I guess we will see!

Well, I thought it was a ratings ploy to bring both Shar and Kevin on the show. Shar really does need to move on though, but being on a reality show isn't going to help. She needs to quietly deal with it withouth the cameras being on her. Kevin Federline is still a douchebag to me.

Not disagreeing that he's a douche, but you can see the guilt wash over him when she talks on the show as he hangs his head down and cannot look at her. He should be guilty…he treated her like crap.

Notice how Kevin hung his head over and over when Shar was talking. He KNOWS he acted like a total heel and cad to Shar who's a nice gal. BUT Shar had 2 kids when she met Kevin and then 2 with him. Did this girl never hear of birth control? She must just lose her head when she falls in love…dumb. I had a guy that I lived with who turned out to be a cad, too, and it amazingly took me 2 years to get over it–not because I was in love with him, but because I was so busy beating myself up for allowing such a lying creep to come into my life. Stupid, eh? Now I don't hate him or myself anymore for allowing him "in"–I just know he's a total loser and glad to be rid of him. So, heaven only knows what Shar feels, but I do know she needs to find someone else if for nothing else than to build her own ego and definitely not have any more kids. Did this gal never hear of raising her kids with a father? Sad.

I'm almost sick of hearing EVERYTHING that comes out of her mouth being about the whole Kevin situation, and being betrayed, etc. It's like, ok, everyone gets it, time to get over it.

  6. Well I agree and disagree. I feel that Shar has a reason to be depressed. If every time you attempted to move on the 'world' reminded you of everything you wanted to forget. She should not have to deal with it alone and out of respect for his children, all of them, he should address the media. Let them know that know is uncool for them to consistently keep dwelling on it but instead he just holds his damn head down. Punk for sure. Until Kevin stands up like a man and tells the world to move the hell on the media will continue the frenzy. Shar is still my girl and I truly feel her pain. I was in an abusive relationship for about 5 years and knew I should have left but that's life. Its easy to say what we coulda woulda shoulda until we are the one in the hot seat. Even after I left him, we separated for about a year, I met up with him once and by then I knew I was done. I had to learn to separate my head from heart and always follow my first mind.
