This is interesting because I was involved in a tweetversation with someone last week about menstrual related matters. According to a Retweet in my timeline, and I say this with a straight face, having sex during your menstrual eases the pain of cramping. I used to have the same PMS problems growing up. I would hate when that time of the month came around because I would lie in bed for hours curled up in pain. Fast forward to when I was pregnant with my son, I enjoyed those nine months of not having a period. I said if I could have a baby every nine months just so I couldn't have a period, I would. Unfortunately that didn't work out financially or mentally. Then years later, the shot called the "Depo Provera" came out. I asked my doctor about it and she placed me on it. I love this shot. No more PMS, cramping, bloating, or mood swings. No more periods. Period (except for some occasional spotting, maybe once or twice a year). Now that I’m in my mid 40s, I asked my doctor how long I could use the Depo Provera shot.
