While cooking a fabulous meal at home is what most of us prefer for the family, eating out and allowing someone else to do the work is something I think we all can appreciate. LongHorn Steakhouse has been one of my favorite places to visit for lunch and dinner because I really enjoy their food. Their steaks are always cooked well and they have fabulous side dishes and desserts that both of my kids enjoy. Recently, LongHorn introduced their new Flavorful Under 500 menu of items that will allow you to eat without feeling guilty about consuming too many calories. Everything on the Flavorful Under 500 menu is under 500 calories. How sweet is that?

The new menu – now available in restaurants – features five satisfying steakhouse meals, including fresh steak, chicken or fish entrees, all fewer than 500 calories when paired with steamed vegetables or green beans and a side salad.

LongHorn has taken the worry out of eating out with offering this fabulous menu that helps us control our portions and caloric intake.
