Bear Hugs: Build-A-Bear Purple Hello Kitty Review & Gift Card Giveaway

It’s no secret that me and my family are a massive fan of Build-A-Bear Workshop. My 8 year old daughter has been a collector of their furry friends since she was a toddler, and no matter how many times we visit the workshop, she lights up every time. Build-A-Bear has become a staple in our family, and they magnify the principles I like to instill in my children—-love, caring, and friendship.

Last week, The Chicklet and I visited Build-A-Bear Workshop here at the Saint Louis Galleria and made another friend—-a cute and cuddly Limited Edition Purple Hello Kitty that is purrfect for celebrating the Springtime. Hello Kitty is my daughter’s favorite character, so was no secret that she was going to make one of her very own.

Build-A-Bear has a complete line of friends that are Springtime and Easter friendly. And they want to invite you into their store to make one of your very own. They have given me the opportunity to give a lucky reader a $15 gift card to Build-A-Bear Workshop. To enter, you must do the following:

  • Follow The Cubicle Chick on Twitter and Facebook
  • Follow Build-A-Bear Workshop on Facebook
  • Leave a comment below letting me know how you plan to use your Build-A-Bear Workshop gift card. Will you be making a new furry friend for the Spring or giving it to someone so that they can use it?

This giveaway is open to U.S. residents only, void where prohibited. This giveaway ends Friday, April 13th at 6pm CST. A winner will be chosen at random. If the winner does not claim his/her prize within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

Below are a few pictures of The Chicklet with her new Hello Kitty friend. Also, we shot a short video of her with her new Bearmoire, a neat way to store all of your Build-A-Bear items and accessories.

Good luck!

I, The Cubicle Chick, am one of Build-A-Bear Workshop’s 15 Friends, a campaign created to celebrate 15 years in business and 100 million furry friends. I receive special perks for being a “friend” of Build-A-Bear Workshop. The opinions in this post are all mine.
