My Amazing Professional Photo Shoot with Caren Libby

I’ve been a blogger for two years now, but haven’t been able to take professional photos—until now. A few weeks ago, I scheduled my first professional photo session with Photography by Caren Libby here in St. Louis. Caren has been a friend of mine for awhile now, and I have always been impressed with her photography skills, so when it came time for me to shoot some “real” photos, it was Caren whom I entrusted with such a task.

I wanted to showcase my personality, which I consider to be fun, fabulous, and funky. After discussing my needs with Caren, we decided to do an on-location shoot at Creve Coeur Park, one of the largest parks and recreational areas in St. Louis County. With outdoor shoots, you never know—but we were both hoping for the best.

The results of said shoot are now completed and I must say, Caren exceeded my expectations. I was so nervous about how everything was going to turn out, but I didn’t have to be. Caren seemed to have captured everything that I wanted. The fun, spunky, DIVA frolicking in a great area. She managed to capture me in so many ways—in the middle of a street, in front of a lake, by a barn, and everywhere else that made for an interesting shot in Creve Coeur Park.

Below is just a small peek at the images Caren captured of me that day. I am so thankful to her, and I am so grateful that I finally have some professional photos to include in my media kit and portfolio.

If you are in the St. Louis area, I highly recommend Caren for all of your photography needs. She is highly talented, awesomely affordable, and is very easy to work with.
