Before I start with the fashion commentary allow me to introduce myself, I'm Kim and I have a blog called The Stylish Life. I live in Chicago and I've been fashion obsessed for as long as I can remember.

When the Academy Awards announced that Anne Hathway and James Franco would co-host the Oscars, I was elated. It seemed as though the powers that be at the Academy wanted to embrace a younger audience which is usually non-existent when it comes to Oscar fare. But when I watched the actual live broadcast last night, I was bored to tears.

Last night's Academy Awards was a true cavalcade of Hollywood's most glamorous and celebrated stars. The Oscars are like the Super Bowl of award shows, so you have to bring your A game in order to be taken seriously as a true fashionista and mover and shaker when it comes to being fabulous.

Lights, camera, action! Tonight, Hollywood walks the red carpet for the 83rd Annual Academy Awards, and I have the pictures, live as they happen. Make sure you refresh from time to time as I am adding pictures as I receive them.

The crescendo of the award season happens tonight with the broadcast of the 83rd Annual Academy Awards. The biggest night in Hollywood is only eclipsed by the elegance and fabulosity in the Oscar red carpet---a Who's Who of everyone in the business will show their off their fashionable side as they walk the cat-walk one by one.
