The media powerhouse that is Oprah Winfrey teamed up with Discovery Networks to offer an exciting new network that was created by Oprah for her vast audience. I envision it as being O, The Oprah Magazine brought to life with everything from lifestyle, entertainment, parenting, fashion and beauty, and do-it-yourself type of shows. Oprah’s OWN is replacing Discovery Health, a channel which I frequented, but which showed a lot of programming that is already available on TLC and other Discovery channels.
