Tweet I have pretty much given up on music videos. Most of the time, when I do manage to watch a station that actually plays them, I am turned off by what I see. Half naked girls dancing and popping, leaving nothing to the imagination. The misogynistic overtones of videos of men treating women as less than glorious creatures makes me turn them off after a few minutes. If I want to see T & A, I will look in the mirror. But I happened to be watching VH1 Soul and came across R&B newbie Elle Varner’s new video for her single ‘Refill’ and I gave it a look.
