Ah…slowly but surely, the temperature across the United States is rising, and signs of spring are finally upon us. The sun is setting later, the flowers are blooming, the allergies are starting to rear their ugly head.
Yes folks! Spring is almost here!
With the season upon us, it is time for us Cubicle Chicks, Dynamic Divas, and Glorious Glamazons to get ready for the mild weather by changing up our wardrobes. But there are also a few more things you can do to prepare for Spring!
Make the big chop- With the weather being so beautiful and sunny, why not take a leap and make the big chop? Short hair is so fashion forward and is definitely in! I have an appointment next week to do just that! Making the big chop can change your look drastically and change the dimension of your style. Go on! Do it!
Take a trip- Now that the weather is cooperating, its time to stop hibernating inside and venture to a different city or location. Try a place that you’ve never been before or go to one of your favorite locales. Bring out the inner travelista in you and book a trip now!
Plant a garden or plant flowers- I know this sounds silly but I have heard often that planting is therapeutic and puts you in touch with nature! There is also nothing like having fresh produce grown in your very own garden.
Get a good brazilian wax- I don’t even have to tell you that hair removal is a must, especially when you are having your legs out. Some women wait until the weather is nice to remove their bodily hair. It’s that time ladies. Call your salon and take care of it now! Before we start talking about you!
Ask HIM out- You’ve been wanting to do so all winter but you’ve been scared to. Stop being shy and let the season of romance take over! Ask your secret crush out for dinner and a movie and let the sparks fly! You are a fabulous girl so I am sure he won’t say no!
I know these ideas are a little quirky but I also think they are a great way to ease yourself into springtime. Have fun, enjoy the nice weather, and continue to be fabulous! I know I will!
