New Season of Braxton Family Values Premieres Tonight on We TV

Season 3 Braxton Family Values Tamar PregnantYes, honey! The Braxtons sisters are back in an all new season of Braxton Family Values. The reality series follows the fabulous Braxton girls Toni, Traci, Towanda, Trina, and breakout “star” Tamar, as they love and hate while trying to keep the family together throughout trials and tribulations. The entertainment business isn’t for the faint of heart, and in season three of their show, we get to see just how close (or not) these siblings are. And we always have Mama Evelyn to keep it real with her girls.

And what’s more is Tamar, the young and boisterous one, has become quite a success in her own right with her first single, Love and War, which hit the iTunes chart at number one back in December. Tamar and husband/manager, Vince Herbert, announced yesterday on Good Morning America that SHE has a “love on top” and is expecting a child. And by the looks of things, Tamar is pretty far along, so she’s been hiding it all of these months rather well (even after denying those pecky pregnancy rumors).

What should we expect this season? Well, Trina and Gabe are back together and trying to work it out. Towanda is also with someone (but she didn’t confirm if it was her estranged husband Andre’), Traci has lost some weight and is moving forward with opening her hair salon and has a new hobby—motorcycling. Toni has broken ties with her manager, Vince (who is also Tamar’s husband), and may or may not be getting back with her husband, Kerry. And Mama Evelyn, well, she is the glue that holds it all together. I live for her brutal honesty.

As far as reality shows goes, I happen to enjoy Braxton Family Values. Tamar can be a little over the top at times and Toni can act a little spoiled. Trina is a little too head over heels for her deadbeat husband, and Towanda gets on my nerves dealing with Andre. And Traci? Well she can be a little ghetto-fabulous at times. But you know what? It’s quite entertaining, and I am here for this!

Season three of Braxton Family Values premieres tonight (Thursday, March 14th) on We TV at 9pm EST/8pm CST. I am so glad that it doesn’t conflict with my Scandal addiction.

Are you here for the Braxton sisters?
