#TravelTuesday: How To Not Get Sick While Traveling & Car Hotspots

Around the World in Pink logoIt’s Tuesday! Which means that around these parts, it is Travel Tuesday, a day in social media in which we share new travel posts on Around the World in Pink! If you haven’t had a chance to visit my new partnership website all about lifestyle and travel, then I need you to do so now! We launched in January, and Raijean and I have been creating content focused on everything fly and fabulous when it comes to travel.

This week on Around the World in Pink, I wrote about How to Not Get Sick While Traveling (click here). When you are on a trip, the last thing you want to do is deal with an illness. I’ve got some tips that can help you stay healthy while you are jet-setting.

Peep the article snippet below:

Traveling has become a way of life for most of us. And while indulging in it for business or pleasure can be necessary, the germs and ickiness that comes with it can be annoying and can make you ill. Recently during a flight from Las Vegas to St. Louis, I experienced an asthma attack. Now of course asthma is something that you can’t catch, but it is something that can get progressively worse while flying, especially with the cabin pressure on the plane. Luckily, I made it through the flight okay and was able to come home and recuperate. It got me to thinking about things that I can do in the future to not get sick while traveling.

This week on AWIP, I also share the latest information on car brands that are now offering AT&T 4G LTE in the car. Why is this travel news? Well, for those of you who often travel in the car with family, having in-car WIFI can help make the trip fun.

Check out the article snippet:

Last month, I attended the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and was given an inside view at the latest technology and gadget innovations hundreds of brands are offering now and in the near future. One trend that I saw a lot during the show was the addition of 4G LTE WIFI being offered in automobiles. As car brands work on making their vehicles safer, more intuitive, and more integrated with our lives, they are coming up with ways to keep us handsfree while plugged into our ever growing social world.
