Style Cues: Holiday Magic with a Little Black Dress and Wool Capelet #ad

Holiday Magic with a Little Black Dress and Wool Capelet

In this Chadwicks of Boston sponsored conversation, I am showcasing a Style Cue featuring an LBD and Wool Capelet. Perfect for the holiday season.

There’s something about a little black dress.

No matter your age, size, or region or season, it just works. Black is a go-to color for most of us, and it can really give an elegant feel during the holidays. When dressing for such an occasion, you want to be head-to-toe in style, so the proper covering is key. When dealing with winter temps, a wool capelet can come in handy, while giving your outfit sizzle and pizazz.

When I received this wool capelet from Chadwicks, I knew right away what I was going to pair it with. Now that we are in the midst of holiday party season, this beauty is going to make the rounds with me.

Holiday Magic with a Little Black Dress and Wool Capelet

It’s flattering for any size or shape, and can give a fabulous finishing touch to your holiday outfit. It’s also super affordable and can be worn for day or night.

I opted for a little black dress with long sleeves and small heels so I could dance the night away.

This goodie from Chadwicks kept me nice and warm to and from the car, and I got several compliments about it along the way.

You can style your capelet in many ways. Here are a few examples of how I would wear it:

  • Pair your wool capelet with a pair of jeans and white button down for a classic look.
  • Break out your leather skirt and use your capelet to show it off.
  • Throw on a long skirt and turtle neck for a nice weekend look using your wool capelet as an accent piece.

Whatever style you choose, it’s hard to go wrong with it.

Holiday Style with Chadwicks

During my next holiday affair, I plan on making an entrance. My Chadwicks wool capelet will serve as the showstopper.

You can click HERE to purchase the wool capelet from Chadwicks seen in this post.

Chadwicks of Boston is offering my readers 20% off their order with promo code CH64787 at checkout! Great to use when making holiday purchases. Good until 1/15/17.

Are you as in love with this wool capelet as I am?
