For the last three weeks or so, the media has been in a tizzy about two recent news items regarding women in powerful positions in some pretty huge new media companies. The first being Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer, who released a memo to employees stating that she would be banning work at home or telecommuting starting later this year.
