That’s one of my favorite lines from Funny Girl, starring Barbra Streisand. By the way, I’m Danyelle, and I am a fan of classic movies, cheese, neck rubs, old Hollywood, and all things creative. I like to think of myself as a Renaissance Woman who enjoys learning, growing, and making a difference in my own way.
I’m a digital marketing professional by day and an entrepreneur who helps clients create brands with content that resonates with their audience. I not only love what I do—I enjoy it. Making an impact no matter how small or big gives me fulfillment. I started my blog in 2009 (pre-Instagram and TikTok–I’m an OG!) and I’ve been publishing lifestyle content for the mind, body, and soul for over 16 years!
Each time that I push publish on a blog post, assist my client in reaching their goals, or help my workplace accomplish another major milestone while doing something I love, I know what it’s like to truly feel accomplished.
In addition to sharing my #WorkLifeWhat daily, I am the mother of two: 21-year-old Laylah and 31-year-old Codi. My son is an artist in Los Angeles, and my daughter is a college sophomore in The Big Apple. They are the loves of my life, and while I enjoy being their mom, I am also getting used to what it will be like living in a totally flown home. Next chapter, anyone?

When I’m not mothering, working, or writing (yes, I’m an author too!), I love to travel, read, watch Turner Classic Movies, and buy scented candles. I am also obsessed with anything that is of the 70s, 80s, or 90s era which has become a popular topic of conversation on my blog. It’s the Pop Culture for me!
