That was a great end of the year wrap up. You did good girl, you touched many high points this year as well as the great losses and low points as well. And you look fine, you worry too much. lol

Your video was great! You look beautiful and I loved what you had to say. I too was enamored with Michael Jackson, but was fortunate to have seen him in concert in 1997, so feel truly blessed for that. Keep up the good work and you are an inspiration to me! ((Hugs))

Wow, thank you for watching the video and for the compliment. It hit me hard when Michael was pronounced dead. He was the ultimate performer/artist in my opinion and there will never be another like him! You are so fortunate to have been able to see him in concert! What an experience and memory for you to treasure!

I am still new to the blogging realm and I myself have so much to learn. Thank you for being a reader and supporter!

Yes, I agree totally that Michael was the ULTIMATE Entertainer…..no one could match him in my opinion. I was fortunate enough to win a trip to see him in Hawaii at Aloha Stadium in 1997 and believe it or not they gave us 5th row front and center seats. Needless to say, my mouth was hanging open almost the whole show and I had shivers the whole time. I could not believe someone could be that talented and even more so in person. I hate it when people talk badly about him….they don't know exactly what he went through or the facts of his personal life…. so I just say I don't want to hear about that, I judged him on his talent and nothing else because I do not know the facts of his life so please do not talk negative about him to me.

No one is perfect. Least of all Michael. But his private life was none of my concern. When he was on the stage, or singing behind the microphone, THAT is where he shined. And he shined brighter than anyone who ever did it! So when I begin to hear disparaging things about him, I dare people to say one negative thing about his work. They never can. That is where his genius was kept. And that is how I will remember him.

I remember the moment I found out he died. My son and I were sitting in the living room and he was on his laptop. He said, "Mom, Michael Jackson died." He was always teasing me about him, so I thought for sure he was joking. I was devastated when I found out it was true and depressed until clear after his memorial and funeral which I watched lying on the couch with tissues. Still can't believe it.

Anyway, sorry to ramble on about him, but I don't know too many people that appreciated him the way you and I obviously did!

Thanks for letting me get that out! LOL

    ((HUGS))

I love how you look so nervous in the video, I find it attractive and I don't know why (actually I do but it's too long to put in a comments section). you get headaches when you don't drink soda? I get headaches if I drink too much soda lol. Happy New Year again….

Thanks for watching the video. I'm still getting used to doing this whole vlog thing. I am more of a writer than a "personality" but we will see. Hopefully I get better as I record more. Yes, I get headaches when I don't drink soda because of the caffeine. I go through caffeine withdrawals which is why I try to drink tea, which has caffeine so I don't get as many headaches. Does that make sense? LOL.
