As you have read a few times on my blog, last month, I had the honor and privilege to attend Blogging While Brown in Washington, D.C. The event was most fabulous: I met and networked with many bloggers from different multicultural backgrounds. It was a diverse crowd of new media enthusiasts who wanted to learn more about how to improve their blogs and spread it to the masses.
Attendees were encouraged to have a Blogging While Brown Recap event in which we could share the information and messages that we learned at the conference. Myself, along with St. Louis bloggers @FeteSociety and @Glamazini, are hosting the official Blogging While Brown Recap Tweet-up here! And what’s more is that we are encouraging bloggers of all races and colors to join us—thus we are calling this The ‘Colorful’ Tweet-up.
