As busy women on the move, many of us don’t always take time out for ourselves. Add that to the pressures and responsibilities of juggling work, family, and everything else on our plates, and we often save ourselves for last. The adage of saving the best for last works well in movies and for song titles, but in reality, doing so usually ends up not happening at all, because after we give so much to everyone else, there isn’t much left to give ourselves.
