As many of you have seen me tweet, I have been busy at a two day Build A Bear Brand Building Workshop here in St. Louis. It has been a phenomenal event thus far and I feel so blessed to have been chosen for this wonderful opportunity.
I blog about work issues, juggling work and social life, being fabulous, and staying true to yourself but first and foremost, I am a mom. Being a part of these types of events makes me realize that being a mother is an experience of a lifetime, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. No matter how much my sixteen year old whines and my six year old cries when she doesn’t get her way.
I have learned so much from this experience, and I plan on sharing it all with you once I leave later on this afternoon and compile all of my photos and video. Until then, I wanted to share this quote with you that I learned at the event, as well as a photo of two new friends and I (Stephanie & Cherise) —fellow bloggers and moms that I met here! Build a Bear’s motto is: ‘Where Best Friends Are Made”. Thank you Build a Bear for this opportunity where I’ve gotten to meet new friends and forge new relationships.
