So most of you know that I am a nail lacquer junkie. My favorite nail line is OPI, and that is mostly because I find that they they constantly come out with funky and fun colors that are perfect for my personality. It took me awhile to hunt down Katy Perry’s new OPI line here in St. Louis, so I ended up buying a set of mini lacquers through Amazon so I could try out the colors and see which of them I liked the most.
What I Like About the Line:
The Katy Perry OPI mini lacquer line had the following 4 colors: The One that Got Away, Teenage Dream, Last Friday Night, and Not Like the Movies. Two of the colors were glittery (which I tend to like) and two were full bodied colors. I love the hue of the colors, the body of the polish, and the depth.
What I Didn’t Like About the Line:
The glittery colors tended to lump and it was hard to apply smooth coats. This could be because of the small brush that came with the mini bottles. The color also tended to dry downward, and not at the tips.
Overall, I recommend this line. Here are pictures of the colors I tried:
