Review & Giveaway: Go! Spa Tech Girl Relief 30 Min. Massage

As a self proclaimed Digital Debutante, I spend a lot of time typing, blogging, and doing work on both my smartphone and my Xoom tablet. Working a lot online can cause carpal tunnel and overuse of the muscles in your hands and wrists, and may even cause chronic pain. It’s times like these when a girl needs a massage of these areas that can help loosen you up and make you feel like a million bucks!

My friends at Go! Spa here in St. Louis invited me in for a preview of their Tech Girl Relief Massage. I was the first chick in the area to try it out and I was honored to. Knowing that they had us techie girls in mind when they created the service made me feel like they were onto something, so I made sure to take them up on their offer.

I was greeted by massage therapist, Antheria, and she got right down to business. We went into the fabulous pink and white room and she had me lay down on the massage table. I did not have to remove my clothing like a traditional massage, because the Tech Girl Relief Massage focuses on the neck, shoulders, lower arms, hands, fingers, and wrists. I did have to remove my jewelry as to not have it interfere with the massage.

Antheria told me right away that she could tell that I have massages on a regular basis. She also said that she could tell that I was right handed because all of my muscles on my right side were bigger than my left.

Antheria did a fabulous job working me out and taking care of those areas that often get overused in my quest of worldwide domination online. It was a wonderful experience, and I only wished that I had more time (which is usually how I feel after any massage because they always come to an end too soon 🙁 )

This massage is great for women on the go who may not have time for a full massage or only want to target the upper body region. The techniques Antheria used were specifically for those areas and made me feel less stressed and and more at ease when I left. I will definitely be back for a Tech Girl Relief Massage very soon.

Go! Spa is giving me the fabulous opportunity to give one lucky reader a Tech Girl Relief 30 Minute Massage. To enter, you must do the following:
