So, How Many Gadgets Will You Be Taking to #BlogHer13?

Can you believe that BlogHer 13 is almost here? In about two weeks, thousands of bloggers will be descending on the Windy City for the annual conference that is not to be missed. I, for one, cannot wait. Since this is my third year, I know a thing or two about what to expect as well as what to bring. The first year, I brought with me way too much, and last year, I didn’t bring enough. This year, I am going to be well appointed, but not overdo it.

Technology is a huge factor in the lives of bloggers and how we run our businesses and brands. I have a list of items I will be taking with me to BlogHer 13 that will have me functioning well away from my home office.

Here are the gadgets and technology I will be taking with me to BlogHer 13:

1. MacBook Air 13 inch

I recently purchased the new 2013 MacBook Air and it is a dream to travel with. Light with 12 hour plus battery life, it is a must-have for me. I will need it to create content while at the conference. I will, however, be leaving it in the hotel while on the conference floor. (read my 2013 MacBook Air review here)

2. iPhone 4S (with Mophie Juice Pack Plus)

I still am hanging on to my iPhone 4S. And with my Mophie Juice Pack Plus, I will be sure to have plenty of battery life while mixing and mingling. (click here to read my review of the Mophie Juice Pack Plus)

3. iPad Mini

I love my iPad Mini, especially since it is so small. It fits right in my purse and will be good for me to take notes on while in sessions. (In this article, I give you the skinny on my Mini)

4. Verizon 4g LTE Jetpack

Wifi can be iffy at large conferences and spaces. Having my Verizon Jetpack will assure that I have plenty of wifi available to tweet, Instagram, Vine, update Facebook, etc.

5. Samsung Galaxy Camera

I love this amazing camera, which I got for Mother’s Day. With 21x zoom, it takes excellent photographs, which can be uploaded to social networks right from the device. The Samsung Galaxy Camera runs on Verizon’s 4g LTE network, giving me terrific photo quality to share on social networks as well as my blog. It also records video, which I will be shooting and sharing during the conference.

6. Beats By Dre Solo Headphones

Because I have roomies and will potentially be editing video that I record while there while in my room, headphones are essential. I want to be a good and courteous, I am bringing along my Beats By Dre headphones for my listening pleasure.
