I’ve learned that when the atrium’s squeezing becomes irregular, blood doesn’t flow as smoothly through the heart and clots can form. Those clots can travel to the brain, disrupting the oxygen supply and causing a stroke. People with AFib are at approximately 5 times greater risk for stroke than those with regular heartbeats. A = Arms. Ask the person to raise both arms. Does one arm drift downward?

S = Speech. Ask the person to repeat a simple phrase. Is the speech slurred or strange?

Growing My Digital Imprint with Domain.ME #DomainME

This post was inspired and sponsored by Domain.ME, the provider of the personal domains that end in .ME. As a company, they aim to promote thought leadership to the tech world. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Later this year, I will be celebrating my seventh year being a digital entrepreneur. Oh, how times flies! It seems like just yesterday that I was sitting at work trying to come up with an idea for a niche blog. After launching two previous blogs unsuccessfully, I needed this one to work. I had no idea that it would take me to foreign locations, foster strong partnerships, and create long lasting relationships. Blogging is more than just a job—it is an adventure.

It is an adventure that I love doing. Although being an influencer and content creator has its ups and downs, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I have a passion for talking all things career, and I enjoy being a resource for working moms and dads.

While expanding my digital imprint and reach, I have found it difficult to house all that I do in one place. I have my career blog, a food blog, a book I’ve authored, a podcast, a store, and a portfolio site where people can hire me for consulting. With so much on the web in so many different places, it can be a lot to maintain.

I am excited to announce that I finally have a spot online that can serve as my hub of operations, as it is a one-stop shop for everything The Cubicle Chick. Created with the help of the fab peeps at Domain.ME, it gives me a digital imprint that I can leverage to create additional opportunities.

I can showcase all of the things I am working on seamlessly, and people can get a total picture of my entire brand and landscape. (You can see my new Domain.ME designed hub HERE. It’s not quite finished, but you can see how it looks thus far).

Domain.ME helps people like me serve their audience and customers by allowing us to fully harness our personal brands. With a .ME domain, you can truly express who you are. It takes out the stoic use of other dot coms and allows YOU to shine through.

Domain.ME is a domain name provider that allows anyone (personal and/or business) to create a unique, safe identity online with a domain ending in .ME. They operate as a B2B, which means that people can register a domain name through one of 190 accredited registrars that operate as .ME resellers.

A .ME address is perfect for bloggers, content creators, and digital influencers like me who have multiple things that they do. It is a calling card that makes you stand out amongst the crowd.

I have been a Domain.ME customer for two years now, and I love how it sets me apart from the status quo. My Domain.ME hub is a true representation of my digital imprint, and I am delighted and honored to be able to call it my digital home.

You can learn more about Domain.ME HERE.
