Five Healthy Habits to Perform Each and Every Monday

Healthy Habits

In my Monday blog series, I am sharing why we should all embrace our Mondays. In this post, I am sharing healthy habits that you should partake in to start your week.

In my book Personal, Professional, and Positive: The 30-Day Challenge, my co-author and I share 30 hacks and challenges that can help you create positive habits. These are healthy habits that can help you transform your life while giving you order, discipline, and boundaries. We all know that daily patterns can either make us or break us.

Despite the Monday blahs, it is important for us personally and professionally to start our week off right. With the strong and solid foundation of your Monday, you can give yourself the gift of a positive self-prophesying week.

These five healthy habits to perform each and every Monday will have you poised for greatness.

Read and apply.

Strengthen Boundaries

Starting each week with a list of boundaries is most important. Boundaries help ease your stress while lightening your load so you can keep your mind on your priorities.

Make a list of boundaries every Sunday night and follow them throughout the week for optimum performance. Examples of boundaries would be not taking work phone calls after a certain hour of the evening, or only conversing with colleagues during work hours.

Having active boundaries is a must, and should be updated each week to assist you in being mindful.

Prioritize

Alongside boundaries, setting your weekly priorities is key. When you are able to define what you want to accomplish and how you will accomplish it, you have a roadmap in which to make it happen.

Protect Your Peace

Anything that is not aligned with your purpose and passion is in the way. Protecting your peace and your environment is most important, so start your week off ridding yourself of those who add negativity to your life.

Doing this exercise weekly is sure to make a positive impact on your life.

These five healthy habits to perform each and every Monday will have you poised for greatness.

Allow Closure

Starting the new week with unsolved issues or problems is a recipe for disaster. Try to start your Mondays with a clean slate and with closure. Clear up any misunderstandings or mixups before entering into the new week. This will help you filter out distractions and stay focused.

Write it Down

Start your Monday and your new week by writing down your intentions. The art of writing them down and seeing them visually helps to inspire you and gives you satisfaction when you are able to cross a task or intention off of your list.

Use this as a guide and allow it to help you manifest awesome things throughout the week.

Starting your week off with these healthy habits are sure to transform you while assisting you in getting to the next level. For more healthy habits, make sure to purchase my book that helps promote your best life.
