    Interesting point. Funny, because most of this week I've had odd thoughts about voluntary/unconscious segregation I've seen IRL, especially with baby boomer aged people. I've also heard several male bloggers say that they felt excluded in different ways from many of the same events you are talking about. While I understand race and gender are different, in this case I think it may be the same lack of communication within the blogging community. I'm very interested to see what response you get from other bloggers on this subject.
