Show Me the Blog, St. Louis · October 11, 2011

Show Me the Blog is Almost a Week Away!

After several months of planning, Show Me the Blog Social Media and Blogging Conference is almost here. After last year’s inaugural conference, I challenged myself once again to organize another conference, this time without any hiccups or snafus. I am not sure if I will meet that goal but once thing is for sure—the conference is next week and it’s full steam ahead from here.

This year, several things are different. I expanded the conference to two days—Day #1 will focus on Social Media and Day #2 will focus on blogging. It will be held at Lumiere Place Hotel and Casino in downtown St. Louis, the center of it all. I am looking forward to the conference and I think I have assembled a well-rounded, well-versed group of social media folk from all different backgrounds and persuasions. It has always been my goal to have a social media conference that was reflective of the social media community that I see online—not just a group of people who have been deemed the “experts”, but a mixture of experiences and backgrounds.

We have attendees registered that are coming from New York, Tennessee, Arkansas, Illinois, and more.

I am geeked!

If you are in the St. Louis area October 21 and/or October 22nd, then I would love for you to attend Show Me the Blog. Two day passes are $75 and a one day pass is $50. How many social media conferences do you know that are that cheap?

For more information on Show Me the Blog, visit the official site HERE. You can also see the schedule of sessions HERE and see our line-up of speakers HERE.

It’s on next week!
