2012 has been a year of breakthroughs and “aha moments” for me. I have learned so much about myself during the last five plus months than I have in the last several years. I know for me, once I get into a habit, it is hard to break. The Charge helps you activate and foster good habits that improve your way of life and your productivity. And when you are more productive, the sky is the limit.
This is not a self help book, but a manual and guide to reset and charge your life so you can change and make a difference in every aspect of your life. Reading it has really caused me to reevaluate my happiness factor, and I can already see it working in my life. I have always been a high performance individual, but have never been able to enjoy the fruits that came with it because my brain was (and still is) hardwired to move on to the next project, goal, etc. With this book, I am learning to retool and refocus my brain so that I more enjoy the here and the now.
