The 44th Annual NAACP Image Awards took place last Friday evening in Los Angeles (sorry I am so tardy, I was in Chicago for an event). The awards were created to celebrate the best of African American and diverse talent in television, film, music, sports, and books.
The red carpet was full of fab fashion, but there were a few hits and misses. I will let you decide for yourselves who you thought slayed in the fashion and style department, and who didn’t bring their A game.

Is it me, or are these dresses in general much more elegant than the Golden Globe red carpet? For the most part the whole collection just looks classier to me. Alfre Woodard looks great, then you think about her age and she looks just amazing.
