I received my ULTA Beauty cirucular today and I am amazed at all the deals and bargains. Sephora has always been my favorite go-to place for my cosmetic needs, but ULTA is closing in on the black and white boutique. Their sales are usually worthy with items that I use, and their stores are open and airy. It is like stepping into a Walgreens, Sephora, and a Salon all in one!
