St. Patrick’s Day Sponge Nails with China Glaze Electropop Brights

I have always been one for creativity and trying something new. I bought the collection of China Glaze’s Electropop Brights a few weeks ago and finally got around to trying them. They are bold and bright and flashy, so I thought I would use a few of the colors to create a look that is perfect for Spring and St. Patrick’s Day.

China Glaze’s Electropop Brights aren’t for the faint of heart. But I live by the adage that you only live once, so I like to live out loud—literally. These colors are not for an everyday look of course (especially if you work a conservative 9 to 5), but it’s perfect for fabulous times out on the town and for celebrating a fun holiday like St. Patrick’s Day.

The colors I used were: Gaga for Green and Sunshine Pop on my nails. Make Some Noise was used on my toes.

The look that was created was an almost faded in look using Gaga for Green and Sunshine Pop—it’s like the Leprechaun reached his pot of gold. My nail tech used her own glittery clear coat to go over my nails.

Take a look:

One coat of Sunshine Pop was added to the tips. Then Gaga for Green was added with a sponge

The sponge creates a blending affect, merging the two colors

A glittery top coat was added to the nails after sponging

The finished product. St. Patrick’s Day nails!

Springtime fab

Make Some Noise on my toes

The nails also look kinda like the Jamaican flag too. Whatever your pleasure, you can mix and match colors from the Electropop Brights Collection from China Glaze to personalize your own look.
