My daughter adores Burger King, even more so than McDonald’s because her favorite food is macaroni and cheese and they offer that in their kids meal. While surfing the Internet, I came across an article about Burger King’s new Whopper Bar which features a little booze with their signature Whopper sandwich along with other BK favorites in a lounge like setting.
I found this quite interesting.
The Whopper Bar will open on Miami’s South Beach on the infamous Washington Avenue strip and will compete with other hotspots. They will serve ice cold beer along with some of their menu favorites and will even deliver to nearby homes and apartments on personalized scooters. The venue will be open 24 hours a day to feed your need for fast food cuisine.
Now you can truly have it YOUR WAY!
What do you think of this idea? Does the BK way and an ice cold beer go hand in hand? Does serving a little bit of booze taint the BK brand? I would like to know your thoughts!

I think it’s pretty ingenious & should have been done sooner
With the exception of the alcohol, I'm pretty pleased with the sound of this. And that's just because I don't really drink anyway. I don't think it really taints the brand, but it does diverge the BK away from the McD's-BK brand war.
The delivery part might not work so well but the bar part sounds cool! I would go to BK bar. The perfect place for fat alcoholics 🙂
I'm not sure my system would be able to stomach the combination of the Whopper, and all of it's sauce and onions and whatnot, with a cold brew. I'll have to be close to a restroom…lol
