Get Excited About Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas

Oh yeah! The most wonderful time of the year has arrived! It's time to get excited about Hallmark's Countdown to Christmas.

Late October is the most wonderful time of the year for many of us. Why?

Because it’s Hallmark Christmas movie time!

YES! We know, we know. Hallmark Christmas movies are often lauded as fluffy pieces of non-art that all have the same ending with the same people and in the same small towns and big cities all around the centralized theme of the holiday season. A lot of people don’t like to admit that they like Hallmark Christmas movies.

I am not one of those people.

I look forward to this time of year every year, and Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas.

This year, there are plenty of new holiday movies to choose from AND it will be more diverse than ever. There are six new holiday-styled movies featuring people of color, more than in past years. They’ve been listening (thankfully), and for that, I am grateful.

Oh yeah! The most wonderful time of the year has arrived! It's time to get excited about Hallmark's Countdown to Christmas.

Here are a few of the Hallmark movies I am looking forward to watching this season:

One Royal Holiday

A Christmas Tree Grows in Colorado

Oh yeah! The most wonderful time of the year has arrived! It's time to get excited about Hallmark's Countdown to Christmas.

I am so ready to get all nice and comfy in front of my TV so I can watch all of the wonderfulness that’s on Hallmark. Need to get ready? Read The Five Stages of Hallmark Christmas Season.

Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas starts on October 24th, 2020.
