Planning these things and keeping track of everything may seem stressful, but there is an app for that. Planning a wedding in the technology day and age means that you have plenty of help finding vendors, getting ideas, and planning every detail. There are lots of smartphone apps on the market that will help you plan your perfect wedding down to the seating arrangements and music selection.

The Ultimate Wedding Planner

The Ultimate Wedding Planner app by TheKnot.com will help you plan your wedding down to the very last detail. The app has a wedding countdown, checklist, and budget tool. Of course, sometimes a bride isn’t sure what she wants or how to decorate. This app helps you by giving you thousands of ideas and inspiration for everything from flowers to wedding dresses. Using this app, you will be able to plan every aspect of your wedding no matter where you are. The app is free through iTunes.

WeddingWire

WeddingWire is similar to the Ultimate Wedding Planner app. Through the app you can look at your wedding checklist and budget, while also managing your guest list. It is easy to stay connected to others in the WeddingWire forum. You can get answers to questions you may have, get inspiration ideas, or simply just see what the latest wedding news is. The app can also detect your location to find local vendors for all of your needs, or if you are having a destination wedding, you can look up vendors in different locations. This app will help you plan the wedding of our dreams. You can down load this app for free on iPhone and Android phones from T-Mobile or other providers.

WeddingScan

Getting your registry together doesn’t have to be a difficult task. The WeddingScan app lets you scan any product from any store to your registry. It also tags the location where you scanned the product so that family and friends will be able to easily find the product. You can also easily share and invite people to view your registry through Facebook, email, or even mail. It also will notify you when an item has been bought from your registry, which you can manage either on your phone or online. WeddingScan is currently only available for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch.

AppyCouple

AppyCouple helps you stay connected to your wedding guests. The app will let you put in information about you and your soon-to-be spouse and your special day. Your guests will be able to see locations for the event, RSVP, make travel arrangements, and even upload photos. Currently, in order to create your wedding through AppyCouple, you must request an invitation code through AppyCouple.com. Once you have been formally invited to join the AppyCouple community, your guests can download the app so they can stay up-to-date on every aspect of your wedding plans. AppyCouple is a free app for iPhones and Android phones.

Pinterest

Pinterest is a great way to plan your wedding. You can easily search through different pins and categories to find the inspiration you have been looking for to plan your big day. If you are a DIY bride, then this is the perfect place to find all of the money saving, DIY, wedding ideas. You can easily sign up for Pinterest account using Facebook, Twitter, or your email address. When you find the perfect pin, simply repin it to one of your boards. You can also share the pin with your Facebook friends or Twitter followers, or even tag someone. Pinterest is a great way to get ideas for your wedding. The app is free and available through iTunes and Google Play.

Bonus: Instagram

While Instagram isn’t technically a wedding app, you can definitely use it on the day of your wedding. Throughout the nights, guests can take pictures using Instagram and tag you and your new spouse in the picture. Simply set up a sign with your personal hashtag for your wedding so that all of your guests can easily tag their pictures. Instagram is available through iTunes and Google Play.
