You know I love a good party. And when fashion and fabulosity is involved, you can best be assured that I will be in the vicinity! St. Louis Fashion Week is now in its 4th year—sure to be a haute affair, this is a do-not miss event for every fashionista and glamourous diva in St. Louis!
St. Louis Fashion Week kicks off Tuesday, September 7th through the 11th during five glorious nights of fashion, flair, and fun! Each night, there is a different theme, a different cause, and a different style to look forward to. Below is a list of events that St. Louis Fashion Week entails:
Tuesday, September 7: Brown Shoe presents Project: Design!
Show: An online competition showcasing St. Louis fashion designers culminates in a final battle on the runway as the contestants with the most online votes compete for the title of St. Louis’ hottest up-and-coming designer.
Location: Third Degree Glass Factory (5200 Delmar Boulevard)
Time: 6pm: Cocktail Hour; 7pm: Show
Ticket cost: $10 online pre-sale; $10 at the door.
Wednesday, September 8: Rock’n the Runway at Saks Fifth Avenue
Show: A Rock n’ Roll themed runway show featuring men’s and women’s contemporary fashions.
Location: Saks Fifth Avenue at Plaza Frontenac (1 Plaza Frontenac, St Louis, 63131)
Time: 6pm: Cocktail hour with live musical entertainment; 7pm: Show; 8pm: Shopping and live musical entertainment
Ticket cost: $15 online pre-sale; $20 at the door
Charity: 100% of ticket proceeds and 10% of total purchases, on a Saks Fifth Avenue store card, will be donated to St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Thursday, September 9: The Magic of Macy’s
Show: Contemporary looks available exclusively at Macy’s at the Galleria
Location: Macy’s at the Galleria (1550 Saint Louis Galleria, St. Louis, 63117)
Time: 6pm: Cocktail Hour; 7pm: Fashion Show; 8pm: Shopping
Ticket cost: $15 online pre-sale; $20 at the door (Guests receive 20% discount on select merchandise)
Charity: 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to HavenHouse St. Louis.
Friday, September 10: Indulge at Plaza Frontenac
Show: Featuring select luxury brands of Plaza Frontenac
Location: Plaza Frontenac (1701 South Lindbergh Boulevard, St Louis, 63131)
Time: 6pm: Cocktail Hour; 7pm: Fashion Show; 8pm: Shopping
Ticket cost: $15 online pre-sale; $20 at the door
Charity: 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to Fashion Group International Inc. Saint Louis.
Saturday September 11: Budweiser Select presents Liquid Style
Show: An outdoor event featuring St. Louis boutique fashions from Boutique 83, Eye Bar, Klutch Boutique, NV Boutique, Rung, and Sole and Blues. Footwear by Brown Shoe.
Location: Old Post Office Plaza (9th & Locust, St. Louis, 63101)
Time: 7pm: Party; 8pm: Fashion Show
Ticket cost: $25 online pre-sale; $30 at the door
As you can see, it’s not all about the fashion but about giving to a worthy cause. Each show benefits a special non profit organization so you can party with purpose.
