I have been in awe of Tracy Reese and her designs for the last two years now. I adore her eye for detail and the way she meshes fabrics and colors together. And after designing Michelle Obama’s head-turning dress for the recent 2012 DNC, Tracy is on everyone’s designer wish-list.
Tracy unveiled her 2013 Spring Collection on September 9th during New York Fashion Week. Showcasing bright colors with sheer, vibrant prints and patterns, alongside muted undertones seems to be the Tracy’s emphasis with the line. I enjoy the fabulousness yet casualness of the line. The collection looks like it moves easily with the body and would be comfortable to wear during an afternoon with the girls, or on date night.
