The best way of starting your day off right is to make sure that you are getting enough sleep at night. Try to stick to a regular bedtime each night, and put away all tech before bed so you can power down and get restful sleep that can prime you the next day.

Five Minutes, Please

Before you begin your day, take at least five minutes of quiet time and prepare your mind, body, and soul for the hours ahead. Use this time to meditate, journal, and mentally get ready for the next 10+ hours. Starting with this ritual can set a solid foundation for how the rest of your day goes.

Eat a Healthy Breakfast

Skipping breakfast is a no/no—and even though we know this, many of us skip the most important meal of the day. This can lead to overeating during the day, slower brain function, and more. Instead of skipping, make sure to eat a good breakfast in the AM. It doesn’t have to be a full platter of breakfast staples—instead, you can eat Healthy Choice Power Bowls.

And keep this in mind—once you all are out the door and well into your day, keep up the momentum by making good decisions. Exchange the snack machine selections and sodas with fruits and veggies.
