Happy 4th of July, Cubes and Dudes. As we celebrate as a nation, I would like to personally wish each and every one of you a Happy Independence Day. I hope that if you can, you spend it with your family, friends, and loved ones who hold a special place in your heart. This is definitely a time of celebration, fun, and of course, fireworks.
I will be spending this special day with those closest to me. I wish my 19 year old son was also with us, but he is living la vida loca in Los Angeles. This is the first summer holiday we’ve spent apart.
But, let’s not dwell on that. There is so much to be happy and thankful for. I hope you all have a fabulous holiday. Don’t work unless you have to. And make sure to get some relaxation in if you can as well.
Below are a few pictures of The Chicklet, in all of her patriotic glory, hamming it up for the camera. She is pictured in an Old Navy tie dye dress, LL Bean sandals, and Scuncii headbands. Excuse the overgrown shrubbery. Soon and very soon, I will get out there and do some much needed landscaping.
Celebrate responsibly! 🙂
