Video: Why I’m Looking Forward to Attending BlogHer in Orlando #BlogHer17

BlogHer in Orlando

I’ve got a confession.

Lately, I have been experiencing what some people refer to as Blogger Burnout. After almost 7 years of creating content for the Internet, I’ve come to a point where I am worn out. Exhausted. Verklempt. I don’t enjoy blogging as much as I used to. Part of this has to do the the fact that I lost a close friend. Since she has passed, I’ve kind of been meandering along with no direction.

I’ve got to get myself back on track. And one way I plan to do that is by attending BlogHer in Orlando. It is a conference that I have been going to since 2011, and I have always found it valuable and helpful to my personal and professional growth.

BlogHer in Orlando

BlogHer in Orlando is just what I need to get back into the groove.

What is BlogHer? It is a conference for content creators who want learn and network with the community. There’s parties, sessions and workshops, keynotes, and an expo hall filled with brands who want to work with us.

A lot that has been said about BlogHer over the years, but personally, I am a supporter and a fan of the conference and the network. And if you are on the fence or looking for reasons to attend, I recorded a video that gives you plenty.

You can watch the video below. Feed readers and subscribers, click HERE if you can’t see the embed.

I am looking forward to being at BlogHer with friends and colleagues who just get it. This year, attending is especially important because I feel it will help me get my mojo back.

BlogHer in Orlando
