Oprah Winfrey is making sure the world knows her OWN television imprint by keeping us in the loop with in-depth interviews of our favorite celebrities and entertainers. A few weeks ago, Oprah sat down with Rihanna, which was huge considering Rihanna has done limited television interviews as of late. Oprah also snagged a sit-down with 2 time gold medalist winner Gabrielle Douglas as well as facetime with Kelsey Grammar. Now, she is bringing us an exclusive one-on-one interview with Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, who is speaking on camera for the first time about the murder of her mother, brother, and nephew, alongside her sister Julia.
Taped in Jennifer’s fabulous pad in Chicago, Oprah was given never before access to Jennifer, her son David Jr., and her fiancee, WWE wrestler and former attorney, David Otunga.
Already, there has been a lot of talk on the Internets about Jennifer’s sister, Julia, who appeared in the interview in cut-off jeans and a t-shirt while Jennifer looked resplendent in a designer dress and heels. Pundits have been tweeting about how Julia’s weight is oveshadowing the interview, especially with Jennifer looking slimmer than ever thanks to Weight Watchers.
No matter your opinion on this issue, you have to give Jennifer her credit. She is looking good, keeping the weight off, and remaining positive after such a horrible family tragedy.
